About us

Te Whare Mahana, meaning "the warm house" in te reo Māori. Te Whare Mahana Community Hub is run by Contact Inc, a non-profit organisation.

We strive to be recognized as a vital connector between support services, organisations and the local community, providing quality, responsive support to family/whānau and individual needs. 

We recognize that everyone has their own culture, beliefs, values and strengths contributing to our rich and diverse community. 

We embrace and advocate for the rights of all people to access and actively participate in our Hub programs and activities and have a sense of truly belonging.
